The Zapivy Refund Policy

At The Zapivy, we are committed to providing you with products that make cleaning faster, easier, and more effective. We believe in the quality of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at customerservice@zapivy.com.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request as your order will have already entered processing. If your cancellation request is approved within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We stand behind our products and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are still not satisfied, you may return the product within 60 days of purchase.

  • To speed up your request, include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used when placing the order.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at customerservice@zapivy.com with a clear photo of the damage.

📌 What qualifies as "damaged"?
✔️ Defective or broken product upon arrival.
❌ Minor dents or damage to packaging without affecting the product’s functionality do not qualify for a replacement.

If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • The shipping carrier.
  • Customs clearance.
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a refund or reshipment.
