At The Zapivy, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders!


Order Processing Times

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-3 business days after purchase. An order is considered dispatched when it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit.

The delivery time depends on your location. Below are the estimated shipping times after your order has been dispatched:

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct and complete at checkout.

  • If there is an issue with your shipping address, email us at customerservice@zapivy.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • If an issue is detected with your address, we may reach out for verification within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

After the 24-hour window, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated.


Delayed Delivery

We understand that receiving your order on time is important. While we work hard to ship quickly, some delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Shipping carrier disruptions
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Unexpected high order volumes

If there are any delays, we will do our best to keep you updated. If you experience an issue with your shipment, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly for the fastest resolution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. However, if your order is lost or stolen, we will do our best to assist you.

  • If your package is missing, please contact customerservice@zapivy.com and your shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • Many shipping companies have a claims process for lost or stolen packages. We will also reach out to the courier on your behalf to follow up.
  • If your package cannot be located, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation.

🚨 The Zapivy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not provide refunds for these cases.

In cases of stolen packages, we recommend filing a police report for additional support.
